Tracked shipping is included with every order.

Domestic Orders

• One-time size exchange available.
• No refunds. Replacements only.
• Manufacturing defects or transit damage are eligible for replacement.
• Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• A clear video is required for defect or damage claims.

International Orders

• One-time size exchange available, subject to applicable shipping and processing charges.
• If an order is lost or misrouted before reaching the destination city, we re-ship the order.
• For manufacturing defects or transit damage, we re-ship.
• A clear video is required within 72 hours for defect or damage claims.

General Policy

• Partial payments are non-refundable.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, holidays or courier delays.
